Make Text Invisble

Hello Everyone!

Is there any way to control the visibility of front panel text?

My main VI has a "START" button.  When you click on it, a series of windows pop up, one after the other, asking various questions about a truck cab.  Whenever one window closes and another opens you can see the front panel of the main VI for a split second.  I need to modify my VI so that after you click the "START" button, the features of the front panel of the main VI become invisible, including the title text.

I understand how to do this with the controls and indicators using property nodes, but I'm not sure how to do the same thing with front panel text.  If it is not possible to make the text invisible, I suppose changing the color of the text to blend in with the background would work, but I don't know how to do that either.

It would also be alright to make the entire front panel of the main VI invisible, but again, I'm not sure how to do it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  Maybe there is a better way to display the text to make things easier?

Please help!

Thanks,

Drew

You could hide the entire front panel of your main GUI by using a
property node set to the VI class and selecting 'Front Panel>State'
for the property. One of the options for this property is 'Hidden'.
This will make the panel dissapear until you un-hide it.
