MS-DOS, AT commands, Win2000 HELP

Now none of my 26 scheduled tasks will run in Win2000. Not a single
one of them even after deleting/recreating them using AT commands.
HELP! No errors, no messages in event log, they literally do not run;
I can't even manually run them!

The 26 scheduled tasks are simple routines all created as follows:

for %%h in (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23)
do at %%h:00 /interactive
/every:Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday
c:\jdk1.3\bin\runchatjava.bat

All of them worked perfectly from 7/2 until 7/18 5am when one of the AT
tasks locked and could not be stopped, not even manually. Upon deleting and
recreating the task, everything literally stopped; I can't even manually run
any of the tasks, much less have them run automatically.

HELP!
