Web Developer with HIPAA & Mumps - 12 month contract

1. Five (5) years experience in the last ten (10) years of MUMPS
programming (AIX V4.3 or above) working with all of the following
modules:
a. Appointment Scheduling
b. Authorization
c. Claims
d. Financial Eligibility
e. Medical Eligibility
f. Registration

2. Three (3) years experience in the last five (5) years of programming
using X12 HIPAA compliant billing messages.

3. Three (3) years experience in the last five (5) years of programming
using HL7 standards and messages.

4. Three (3) years experience in the last five (5) years of Visual
Basic programming.

5. Two (2) years experience in the last three (3) years developing web
applications. Be sure to address this in the resume. This ability
will be confirmed if called to be interviewed.

6. Proficient use of VISIO. Be sure to address this in the resume.
This skill will be confirmed if called to be interviewed.

7. Proficient use of Visual Studio, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and SQL server
2000. Be sure to address this in the resume. This experience will be
confirmed if called to be interviewed


The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

?Develop, enhance, support, document, implement, train and
troubleshoot Client/Server applications.
?Program using SQL and MSM.
?Analyze, design, and develop custom applications in a Microsoft .Net
environment.
?Meet with senior managers and end-users to ascertain system
requirements.
?Document requirements.
?Architect SQL Server databases capable of supporting specific
applications and contributing to an effort to utilize common data
countywide.
?Architect, object models which maximize the reuse of software
objects in multiple applications.
?Build reports.
?Configure hardware and software.
?Build and deploy web-based applications using Microsoft .Net.
?Develop all aspects of applications as needed, including objects,
web pages, and utilities in a Microsoft .Net environment (primarily
using VB.Net and ASP.Net).
?Enhance existing applications using Microsoft Visual Studio.
?Train staff in the use of newly created modules and sub-systems.
?Provide a User Guide to instruct on how to use the various
components of newly created modules and sub-systems.
?Build X12 HIPAA compliant billing messages.
?Build HL7 messages.
