Well, Maury assures me that I'm NOT the only person left still using
Micronetics' MSM Workstation 2 (MSM-WS2). Lately it's been giving me fits
(admittedly not hard to do!).

Specifically, it's taken to not performing mouse click operations in the
System Browser. For example, if I click or double-click on a database
moniker, it no longer connects to the database, it just highlights the
choice. If I do the remote mount from the menu, ehn when I click on any of
the sub-headers (most notably "Routines"), it doesn't bring up the list. It
IS seeing the clicks at least enough to move the highlight around on the
System Browser, but none of the actions are happening. I've tried
uninstalling and reinstalling WS, to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Anything changed/updated recently in your Windows system? WS uses the
COMCTL.TreeCtrl.1 OCX component which is a standard thing from
Microsoft. But perhaps something you installed or updated has brought
with it a later version of this component and WS is having a problem
with it. Can you try WS on a different PC?
