CONSTANT directive

In the 4.0.1 Programming Guide, I can't find a reference to the
"::CONSTANT" directive.
Was that one dropped from the release, or postponed?
In David Ashley's PARSEXML.cls it is used, while it even mentions
ooRexx 3.0.2 as the minimum version.
I have 3.0.2 so I had to take the directive out to circumvent a halt.
The parser works fine for me, b.t.w..
In a 2008 presentation I see "::CONSTANT" announced as a new feature
of ooRexx 4.
Please advise.

Herman Hartman

It's documented in the Reference, not the programming guide.

Thank you. All is clear now.
To set some mistakes I made straight:
- the xml parser by David Ashley is called 'xmlparser.cls'
- ooRexx 3.2.0 is quoted as the minimum prereq version for it, not
3.0.2; which is what I also have; but it is no problem that this
prereq version actually is 4.x
