[cyrus] Cyrus and Sieve - X-Authentication warning

Define cyrus as trusted user in submit.mc (sendmail.mc in pre sendmail-8.12).
In default configuration "ordinary" users can not use "-f" without generating
the warning header.

Thanks Andrzej. I got this sorted out. I understand that this is the
default behavior of Cyrus to prevent mail loops. I added user Cyrus to
the trusted users list and the warning went away. Thanks again.
