Hi Frank,

You want to know why I want to do this? Well, all the day I can check my
email from different places, but I generally don't check for Usenet. So,
I just want to follow newsgroups and conversations via my IMAP mailbox.
I don't wanna use hamster from now, because my ISP offers a great
service and I really want to keep that email. I 'm just searching for a
bot that would automatically move Usenet messages, as pre-defined, in
the corresponding IMAP folders.

That's why I'm asking for a specific solution.

Ka

Hi Nancy, Hi Everybody!

Thank you very much for you answer. I installed Pine but it is not an
easy software and from now I haven't been able to configure it as you
said ( I need an english dictionary because I don't understand precisely
some things). But your idea seems to be exactly what I want. Indeed, I
remark we generally have the same ideas: imap url, shared and public
folders, archiving Usenet messages into IMAP folders, searching for
gateways deflecting everything into IMAP...

We could built a great IMAP server together! ;o)

I'm gonna configure Pine and let you know if it is working.

A bient!
