deny non-authenticated mail from local domain to local domain

Is there any way to set this up? I've had a dig around, and I can't
find anything obvious. The basic problem is that this is a common spam
trick -- sending mail from a local user to themselves. At the moment,
sendmail is treating this like any other external domain trying to
deliver mail to a local user. I also don't want to deny local->local
relay if the user has authenticated.

Thanks,

Mark
