You should not rely on specific system files, because these files
may change in the future versions of Windows or with new Sevice
Pack/security update or whatever. If you need standard icon or
bitmaps, then use LoadImage function with appropriate OEM resource
ID. For example, for Windows logo icon the ID is OIC_WINLOGO.

Don't forget to #define OEMRESOURCE before you #include
<windows.h> in order to unlock OEM identifiers.

Actually, I'm not using thes icons in programs. Rather, I am using
them as folder icons in the Customize Folder feature.
