Two error messages: Software Raid & Unaligned Trap

System is a DEC Alpha 164SX Motherboard at 533Mhz. Five SCSI disks
attached to an Adaptec 39160.

One 4G drive (SCSI ID0 on channel one) (/dev/sda) contains the /boot and
root partition.

One 4G drive (SCSI ID6 on channel one) (/dev/sdb) contains a single 4G
<swap> partition.

Three identical IBM model IC35L018UCD210 18.4G drives (SCSIID 0-2 on
channel two) ( /dev/sdc-e ) and have been partitioned as
type (FD) Linux software RAID. /dev/md0 was created with the command mkraid
/dev/md0 using the following /etc/raidtab:

#*********************************
# Software RAID0 Array for SniFF
#********************************

raiddev /dev/md0
raid-level 0
nr-raid-disks 3
persistent-superblock 1
chunk-size 128
device /dev/sdc1
raid-disk 0
device /dev/sdd1
raid-disk 1
device /dev/sde1
raid-disk 2

md0 was formated ext2 with the following command:

mke2fs -b 4096 -R stride=1000 T largefile4 /dev/md0

fstab specifies that /dev/md0 be mounted at /cap.

After booting I can read and write /cap normally with no problems.

I'm curious as to why I receive messages indicating something is wrong
during boot.

Here is the relevant output of dmesg:
