SHELL-332-21: A network server could not be found.

Hi there,

I'm doing some volunteer work at a local non-profit, and since I have
some web dev experience, they automatically think I know all things
related to computers :)

Recently, a terminal on their network stopped connecting to the
network - it appears someone turned off the machine without logging
out.
Specs: 486DX 33mHZ 640K base 7168k extended
128 cache 384 shadow
MS-DOS v.6.00

Here's what it reads during bootup:
SMARTDRV.exe
Int 5 DMA 5 Port 300
Node Add. C06D001D24
Max Frame 1514 bytes
Line Speed 10mbps
Board 1 Frame Ethernet 802.3
Netware IPX/SPX Protocol v.1.20 (911120)
IPX protocol bound to NE2100MLID Board #1
Netware Workstation Shell v.3.32 (93017)
SHELL-332-21: A network server could not be found.
A:>
----------
Obviously, this isn't the desire outcome.
Any ideas where to go from here?

Thanks,
S.~

<snip>

Hi Jim,

Yes - I've done the 'idiot check' :) -
cables connected correctly, everything turned on/plugged in,
server running.

Thanks,
S.

I honestly don't know. I'm afraid I'm operating on a "For Dummies"
level, if that, when it comes to network and Novell stuff. I can
access the server, but nothing I do comes up with any response aside
from Unknown Command errors. Granted, all I've done is input a bunch
of UNIX commands, but I wasn't expecting much from that. Someone from
another bb suggested using a Netware utility on the server to logout
the terminal from the server, but I know zero about how to go about
doing so.

Thanks~
