VFdisk 3.0 problem

Sir:

Does anyone have ideal why Dani's VFdisk.sys driver will not install on
my system. It is the last line in config.sys, beside (before) a few
blank lines, and the device reports at load time that it is version 3.0
and the author's name is Dani and that it claims drive letter T:. Then
the system responds with sys1201, driver failure. Fat32 driver is not
being installed. This system is MCP 1 fixpack 3. Any other known
incompatibilities?
