"No!" what? You can't deal with another eCS horror story?
Why do you keep editing it out? Why don't you show us
how Serenity made good and ordered a copy of eCS be
shipped to the irate customer asap?

Serenity and Meansys have a well-deserved reputation for
stiffing their customers, what with failing to send the product,
sending blank product, sending corrupt product, charging
credit cards without product and much more - but a recent
plea in the eCS forums puts a golden luster on that tarnished
piss-poor eCS image.
Maurilio Longo purchased eCS three years ago and his
pleas for a delivery have gone ignored year after year. Last
year he begged in the Yahoo eCS forums for some kind
of action, and, you guessed it, Serenity turned its back hoping
he would just go away.
So this year he is back with his license receipt hoping for
a miracle. The response? He is being roundly ignored.
If you've ever wondered why Serenity/Meansys/eCS has
failed so miserably, look no further then a crappy product
that never arrives.
Here's the best advice I can give: DO NOT buy from
Serenity or their sole distributor, Meansys. Ever.
