OS X 10.3 and kerberized applications

Post by Javier Hen » Thu, 01 Jan 2004 04:16:59

I've a system running Panther. I've edited the Kerberos config file
to suit our needs, and I can obtain tickets using kinit or the GUI.

So far, so good.

Is there a trick to get the ssh client to use Kerberos as the
authentication method? I'm suspecting issues with the hostname
being appended with .local, but I'm not sure where to go looking
for this.

Can any one interpret what my computer is trying to tell me???????
I loaded my Office 98 for Mac on my new G4 with OS 10.3. The program
defaulted to an embedded OS9 and seemed to be functioning fine,
until....... I had finished working on a Word document and the
program wouldn't save it. It continually said "file permission

Does anyone have any idea what this means and how I can overcome this

With thanks and appreciation
