The architecture is :

PowerEdge Dell 600SC
Base Debian 3.0
Kernel 2.4.23 with XFS
Interface LAN 1000 Mb e1000 (between the Linux and Windows NT 4)
Samba 3.0.2rc2
(The oplock system is disable, but don't disable on the Windows 2000
60 station's with OS is Windows 2000 SP4 with the LAN 100 Mb

PDC Windows NT 4
Users and Groups with winbindd

Sorry for my bad english..

The problem is not easily reproducible.
During copies or suppressions of directory container having very large
volume (45 Mo) the stations this finds disconnected.
In the log :
Client connected .....
Client closed ....
In intervale time very short (<1's)

No collision's and error's on the interface LAN ...

The problem is random
Over one week 2 errors...
Over 2 day's 12 errors..
Over one week 3 errors...

The end-user this finds completely blocked (Explorer down, etc..)
Already encountered an identical problem ?

Thank you in advance for your answers
