ASP.NET 1.1 and ASP.NET 2.0 mixed...It doesn't work...help!!

there are one web application,"MainApp", built with ASP.NET 1.1.
I made another web application,"SubApp", using ASP.NET 2.0.
I have to use "SubApp" inside "MainApp" such as
http://servername/MainApp/SubApp/default.aspx.

It doesn't work.
Do you know how to set up correctly to work?

Thanks

It's working when I put virtual foler (ASP.NET2.0) in the main virtual
folder (ASP.NET 1.1) for my localhost (XP, IIS 5.1).
however, this application (ASP.NET 2.0) doesn't work in the server (Windows
2003) which used Application pool.
Does it make a difference?
