I have contacted a supercomputer center and they don't have Matlab installed
on their Linux clustered based super computer.
I have to compile Matlab into parallel executables.
I am guessing that if I directly use mex to convert Matlab program(a lot of
symbolic computations) into Linux executable, it will still not able to
utilize the parallel environment fully. Am I right?
Do I have to add MPI support into the converted program in C/C++ manually? I
remember the Matlab compiled C program is very hard to read and digest, not
to say adding MPI commands ...
Is there a way to automatically add MPI support into a Matlab compiled C/C++
program? Say, for example, a switch upon compilation?
