Brian,

Funny that. It works for me.

Make sure you don't include the full stop I added after the URL.

Cheers,

John Dunlop

2008-09-25-01
Minutes RESOLVED that the minutes of: 11 September 2008 be
ratified. A. Member abstaining on the grounds that he couldn't find any
content in them.

2008-09-25-02
Stationery report. A.N Othermember reported that the organisation's
stapler was playing up again, and perhaps it was time to buy a new one?
This was speedily resolved in under two hours, and only another 15
minutes was needed to agree on another bag of *** bands being
purchased also.

2008-09-25-03
Meeting w/ PP The Person from Porlock arrived, and OpenMPE entered
into Closed Session.

2008-09-25-98
Next meeting Next Meeting will be on October 31. A practising
warlock (though not one from Porlock) will also be invited to attend.

(Sorry folks, couldn't resist. I'm sure you are all putting a great deal
of hard work into those Executive Sessions, and I understand why they
have to be confidential; but it does make the minutes a rather
unexciting and uninformative read)

Dear Roy!

I'll be sure to nominate you and campaign to have you voted in the next
board election by February!

That way, you can dial in on all the executive sessions!

Once elected, since you're in the U.K. the board will certainly be
pleased to have an International bill on every session conference call!
Maybe we can also vote you in as assistant Treasurer? Then we will also
have to send you a signature card from the bank to you by Registered
mail, then you can also help pay the conference call phone bill.

(I'll need for someone to second the nomination by February.

One good joke deserves another!

--- Original Message was from Roy Brown --- (for sake of clarity)

--- to which I add:

Seconded.... Since I'm treasurer this go 'round, it will be nice to have
your assistance Roy with issues relating to doing business in the European
Union. Thank you.

Like the old saying goes, be careful what you ask for, you just may get it!

:-)

But I sure hope you guys have heard of Skype. Who, after some badgering
from me (and others?) now leave the touch tones on even when the call is
made for just such purposes as Conference calling...

But of course... Paul Edwards (also our immediate past treasurer) introduced
me to Skype.
