Anybody playing this? I bought it at launch to get into the beta.
Had some fun in beta and promptly stopped playing it when it
launched. (Gotta stop doing that). I got an email today about a load
of features being added like better loot, more (badly needed) weapon
choices, and (finally) the ability to shoot while using the jetpack.
I've seen them offer the game at cheap rates in the past and wondering
if anyone picked it up on the cheap. I'm probably gonna head over to
the forums and see whats up with it. Looks like its still free of
subscriptions, but that might change with this new update.

I did more or less the same thing.

I was hoping for some solo PvE stuff to be added and I'm pleased to
see that it has. Having to wait for a team to form so that you can
play the campaign part of the game was very silly. I can understand
the use of this mechanic for PvP but it was a mistake to exclude
people that prefer to play alone in PvE most of the time.

These latest updates mean that I will start playing again.

Yep, I'm going to get back in this weekend, to see what's new. I
think my biggest disappointment with launch is that it was just a
continuation of the beta. Looks like, four months later, some
impressive updates are finally coming. I don't think I'll ever sub.
The AvA thing is just too cunty and all about sucking up to the larger
Agencies.

I've never heard anything being described as "too cunty" before. Even the
average Derek Smart game or the recent Alpha Protocol avoided that.
