mkdir /mnt/diskX
(replace the diskX with whatever you like)
mount /dev/hdXY /mnt/diskX
(replace hdXY with the correct partition name, like hda1)

Have fun browsing your FAT-disk under /mnt/diskX

PS: normally, RedHat mounts all the Windows-partitions under /mnt. So take
a look there before you start mounting things manually.
If you don't see content in a directory under /mnt, first try 'mount
