Well not really. Your two chooses are:
1) Use an external monitor
2) Replace the fluorescent lamp.
Theoretically you could redesign the inverter to output higher high
voltage. But that in parts alone would cost more than a lamp itself
(plus a little dangerous, as too much current and poof!). Those lamps
lifespan is good for about 25,000 to 50,000 hours (as they get too
dark). I think it is time to replace it or use an external monitor.
