TabControl/TabPage visual styles in XP

Hi All,

I have a problem with the TabControl control in Visual Studio .NET 2003/.NET
Framework. Looking thru some old posts it seems that others have had this
problem before, and I can't seem to find a solution.

Basically, with XP theming, my application draws fine - with the exception
of the tabpage back which paints with the control color.

http://www.yqcomputer.com/
how to do this by calling UxTheme.dll functions to draw an inherited tab
page. Surely there is a way to fix this easily, or is this another "wait for
whidbey" issue?

Cheers.

Is there any reason that you don't wish to use the method which you linked
to?

An alternative solution:
http://www.yqcomputer.com/ ; TabControl using Custom
TabPages.

Another alternative:

Cheers. Works a treat Mick.

The main reason I didn't want to use the method I had found was because I
didn't want to distribute anything more baggage with my application than I
had to.

Your solutions works great!
