Drag the project to the dock, right beside the trash icon. Double click
on the project, not XCode.
I use an applescript to open the project and do a full build, then set
the target to just the main project (not the sub projects). This script
runs a 4 AM, immediately after the script that does a back up, and then
a checkout from the version control system.
That way, when I get in in the morning, I've either got a freshly
checked-out, fresh build, or I've got a backup and a list of errors that
other people have put in the source yesterday.
