Don't ask me why this works, but here is what we found when trying to
get this guy logged in.

First, he tries logging in until the 401 Unauthorized message comes up
(3 attempts).

Then, he clicks in the Internet Explorer Address field to highlight
the address and hits the ENTER key. The mailbox then opens without any
further authentication prompts.

One other note that wasn't made clear on earlier posts: this is
strictly a Windows XP issue. When he logs in using Windows 2000 Pro he
is able to login with no problem.

If anybody can explain why this is happening, and has a way to fix it,
we would be eternally grateful!!!
