Customers Gain Freedom to Redeploy Data Center Staff to Other Functions

The Sun Managed Services portfolio has been enhanced and expanded to
include Sun Managed Security Services, along with enhancements to Site
Support. Sun's customized IT Infrastructure Management solution employs
a unique, flexible sourcing approach and industry best practices that
cover the entire service delivery life cycle. Sun has joined forces with
VeriSign Inc. to deliver Sun Managed Security Services to the market.

Customers will receive the information and tools needed to proactively
conduct security risk management across their entire enterprise. These
services are rendered and delivered across a highly secure network
connection from a Secure Operations Center (SOC) managed by VeriSign, a
SunTone[SM] certified delivery partner. The Sun Managed Services
portfolio is a suite of services with fixed part numbers and prices that
are available as part of a Managed Services engagement as well as
standalone.

The Sun Site Support Program is now "Channel Enabled" in the U.S. market
with plans to enable the channel in EMEA and APAC. GE Access and Moca
will be able to offer a "Refer" and "Sell" to their partners who have
passed the Sun Contract Administration audit. This is the first time
that Sun Services is allowing CDPs/Partners to sell a custom program.
