Need Custom Key Mapping (F11 key only) in SSH PuTTY (v5.5)

Need Custom Key Mapping (F11 key only) in SSH PuTTY (v5.5)

End sers have reported that one of the function keys (F11) is not
working in one of their applications. I learned that the issue was
occurring for over a year before the recent change to SSH PuTTY from
telnet PuTTY, and that they have a workaround they continue to use.
They toggle between two key mapping choices available in PuTTY (Xterm
to SCO and back). I found a function key chart for the available
PuTTY keyboard choices and verified that logically there is no one
choice that will work.

I found a PuTTY function key chart at http://www.yqcomputer.com/
which seems to indicate that I want to change the mapping of F11 from
'default' to 'ESC [W' in Xterm, since it is the SCO 'ESC [W' that
works.

Can anyone tell me how I can make this specific key mapping change?

Thanks!
