I use
\usepackage{natbib}

then something like
\citet{Karmarkar1981}

\bibliographystyle{plainnat}
\bibliography{../../Reference/supplychain}

But when I compile, it reports

author undefined for citation 'Karmarkar1981'

Does anyone have a solution?
