VPN error

VPN error

I could use some help. I have connected two remote offices with 2
dlink 804hv routers. The connection seems to be working in that I can
successfully ping computers on the separate subnets using their
private IP addresses. When I attempt to setup a VPN connection I
receive a tcp/ip error 733, PPP protocols inoperative, This connection
has worked in the past. Any ideas? Tx

I have installed the firewall client on my laptop. When I now try to set up
a VPN connection I get:

Error 800: Unable to establish the VPN connection
