Assuming you are talking XP, the command is gpedit.msc.

I am trying to get a group policy to work from our 2000 domain to
Win98 Clients.
The Win98 clients are not getting the group policy for the automatic
activation of the screen saver. Win2k and XP clients are not having
any problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Mmmm... i could be wrong, but i dont think windows 98 supports group policy,
as it has no Local Security Policy to overwrite with the group policy.

Win98 had a program called poledit.exe (System Policy Editor) which does
similar things, and came on the Win98 CD-ROM. You basically load it up, and
you can configure the user or the computer. Save your customised policy to
the NetLogon share on your server, as Win98 looks at the
\\servername\netlogon folder to look for policys on boot.
