What is the latest version of Intel 9 fortran and c/c++ for linux

Intel just made the V9 compilers available to the non-commercial users. It is
version 9.0.21 for each compiler. Is this the latest version available??

icc 9.0.024 and ifort 9.0.025 came out last week. I would definitely
recommend upgrade from 9.0.021, if a newer one is available to you.
Generally, when you get a license, you should open an account on
premier.intel.com and see which versions are available there, before
spending time on installing an older one.

Tim,

I went to my premier account (non-commercial) and only the .21's show up.
The latest versions are apparently not yet available to non-commercial users.

I've asked about this, and I expect it to be rectified soon (unless there's
been a decision made I don't know about.)

Not true. I am a non-commerical user and was able to access ifort V9.
If you have more than one Intel Premier account, this could be the problem.

The issue is that the version that is currently downloadable is an older 9.0
release from June. I'm told that the current compilers will be available to
Limited Support customers later this week. You should get a notice when that
happens.

Steve: Thanks for that clairifcation. We also have V9.0 commercial version
installed. For that version ifort /V reads:
Intel(R) Fortran Compiler for Intel(R) EM64T-based applications, Version 9.0
Build 20050623

Question: Can you tell if this is this the latest version?

Thanks.

It is not. The latest Windows package for is 9.0.020 (w_fc_c_9.0.020) with
an "Intel EM64T" build id of 20050722Z.

On the Linux side, 9.0.025 (also 20050722Z) is the current release (the
package numbers aren't synched across platforms.)

The version you have is the previous package which was released at the end of
June.

I assume you mean -V and not /V? -V works on Linux to show the version, but
/V is not recognized on Windows. ifort -what can be used on both platforms.
The display also includes the package ID, for example:

Intel(R) Fortran Compiler for 32-bit applications, Version 9.0 Build
20050722Z Package ID: W_FC_C_9.0.020

The Package ID is what we ask for when you submit an issue to Intel Premier
Support. The Build ID tells you the date the compiler was built.
