It is not. The latest Windows package for is 9.0.020 (w_fc_c_9.0.020) with
an "Intel EM64T" build id of 20050722Z.
On the Linux side, 9.0.025 (also 20050722Z) is the current release (the
package numbers aren't synched across platforms.)

I assume you mean -V and not /V? -V works on Linux to show the version, but
/V is not recognized on Windows. ifort -what can be used on both platforms.
The display also includes the package ID, for example:
Intel(R) Fortran Compiler for 32-bit applications, Version 9.0 Build
20050722Z Package ID: W_FC_C_9.0.020
The Package ID is what we ask for when you submit an issue to Intel Premier
Support. The Build ID tells you the date the compiler was built.
