does any one know how to add additional worksheets in
spreadsheet prog. i have tried calling microsoft and the
manufacturers of hte computer - gateway. hopefully
someone will get me out of this misery

Hi bhasmank!

For an individual workbook:

Insert > Worksheet

For additional sheets when a new workbook is opened you can change the
setting in:

Tools > Options > General

You're allowed anywhere between 1 and 255 and you can continue to add
beyond that limit if you want.
