I want to use group scheduling for our office. I know how to set up the
group schedule and show appointments. However, our employees are spread out
on our campus and we want a way to know who is in the office. I want to have
each person's schedule work hours show on the schedule so that we know if
they are at work or on vacation. Employees should be able to change their
standard schedule if they have to leave eary on a given day.
When inviting attendees and looking at their schedule, it defaults to showing
me 24 hours. I click on "show working hours" under options, but it doesn't
stay and I can't figure out how to set it to show working hours by default.
