"registry fixers" are a problem.
This issue has been addressed numerous times in the microsoft.public.outlook
Start->run, type "regsvr32.exe ole32.dll" and press okay. This should
reregister the object and get rid of the error message.

After furious head scratching, Paul Khanton asked:
| Hope you have resolved it. I had the same problem, and the ONLY
| thing that worked was to run a registry repair program (I ran PC
| Pitstop Optimize). That fixed it right away.
| Good Luck.
