What version of Outlook and how many entries do you have on that day? Try
displaying your calendar in a table view to see if it helps.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer
Terry *** < XXXX@XXXXX.COM > asked:

| My calender will not post any new entries and says that
| the date conflicts with another date on my calender even
| though there are no entries. I can make the entry but it
| will not show up. I am not sure what the problem is. I
| have reinstalled office but it does the same thing.

Can you send a one month calender as an attachment to
somebody?
Thanks

Outlook does not have any built-in way to send a calendar as a single file attachment (unless you count exporting the Calendar folder to a file, then sending the exported file). However, if you have Word, you can use one of the Word templates listed at http://www.yqcomputer.com/ #print to push the Outlook data into a Word document, then attach that document to a message.

For a VBA code solution that creates an HTML-format mail message containing any single day's appointment list, see http://www.yqcomputer.com/ #today .

Another technique is to use a third-part tool called ClipForm ( http://www.yqcomputer.com/ ). This tool uses templates to export Outlook data -- a whole folder or selected items -- to the Windows clipboard, text file, HTML email message, or other file types.

some users at work have 2 mailboxes, and a calender i both.
if a user adds an entry in one calender, is there a way that the same entry
would be added to second calender, without doing a second add ?
we are running exchange.

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See

In the calender day view as we know we have two different colors to
differentiate between working hours and other day hours .
But I work two shifts 8-12 pm an 4-8 pm so is there any option to apply
these time slots with different colors as in one-shift ?
Thank you.
