i send a message it comes back ip possibly forged why

every time i send a message it comes back from system administrator ip
address possibly forged

1. My I's are coming up i's. (lower case)

2. "Possibly forged hostname..." but it's legitimate

I sent an email from my private account in mm.pl domain to my office address
but it didn't get through. Instead, it has been bounced back and the message
in the log of my office mailserver reads:

Dec 17 11:02:17 galaxy sm-mta[1081]: ruleset=check_relay,
arg1=[], arg2=, relay=mx1.mm.pl
[] (may be forged), reject=451 4.1.8 Possibly forged hostname

This is strange as mx1.mm.pl ( is (or at least should be!)
a "legitimate" mailserver. Is there something wrong in their configuration?
Or, is my office mailserver (of which I'm an admin) either "too restrictive"
or merely misconfigured so that it treats mails sent from mx1.mm.pl so badly?

I'm using sendmail 8.14.0 at my office.
