I am receiving Junk emails but I am not receiving inbox emails?

I am receiving Junk emails but I am not receiving inbox emails?

Is there possibly a setting that I turned on or off that is not allowing me
to receive my good inbox emails? I am still receiving all of the Junk and
Spam emails. No error messages are being received by the test emails that I
have sent to my email from other email locations. I am on a network server
and I run Matador to sort emails.

Perhaps if you were to state your Outlook version, your account type, and
explain what Matador it and how it relates to/works with/integrates with
Outlook, someone can help.
