We need to maintain a business journal of meeting notes and activities in
Outlook 2007. We need to compile this information all in the same journal
for easy review, access, and printing. The problem is that notes entered
for a meeting in the calendar reside in a different place than the notes for
daily activities in the journal. Apparently a meeting appointment and notes
in the calendar are not the same as a journal entry. How do we convert
Outlook Calendar appointments to Journal entries?
