Client service at MS should be patient as we the clients have to b

Today was the first time I had to ask for help from MS client service. As it
is in most cases when I called, I spoke to one guy who took my information,
then he said he was not the one that could help and he was goint to tranfer
me to another person. I WAITED FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. When the second guy came
answered, he asked me the same questions the first guy asked, then I got a
call on another line and I asked the person from MS client service to wait.
My call was business realted and it took several minutes, just like the
tranfer from the first guy took to the sencong guy al MS client service.
When I got back to the call to talk to MS client service, the person had
already hung up.
I could't call this good client service.

Client service at MS should be patient as we the clients have to b

Dunno about you, but when someone calls me for help (or whatever) then puts
me on hold, I always hang up on them. If it was important enough for them to
call me, they should have the courtsey to dedicate the proper time to spend
on the phone, or just call back when they do.
