Dunno about you, but when someone calls me for help (or whatever) then puts
me on hold, I always hang up on them. If it was important enough for them to
call me, they should have the courtsey to dedicate the proper time to spend
on the phone, or just call back when they do.
| Today was the first time I had to ask for help from MS client service. As
| is in most cases when I called, I spoke to one guy who took my
| then he said he was not the one that could help and he was goint to
| me to another person. I WAITED FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. When the second guy
| answered, he asked me the same questions the first guy asked, then I got a
| call on another line and I asked the person from MS client service to
| My call was business realted and it took several minutes, just like the
| tranfer from the first guy took to the sencong guy al MS client service.
| When I got back to the call to talk to MS client service, the person had
| already hung up.
