Saving attachments with OL2007

We have a rule which runs based on a subject content which runs some vba to
save the attachment. Since upgrading from 2003 to 2007, the rule kicks in
before the file appears in the inbox, the attachment isnt saved as the vba
cant see it, the vba finishes and then the email appears in the inbox!

For info, we ar using a personal folder, even though we are on exchange.

Help please, Steve

No, i am using "Run a script"

The VB 'script' for testing just is a msgbox at the moment. I get the
message before the inbox shows any message arriving.

I have noticed that if i turn off "Cached Exchange Mode" the problem goes
away but i dont know why. Using XP (x64) and OL 2007 if that make any diff.
