need some advice on PDA choices...

hi there,

i have noticed that many PDA's have very thin connectors at the bottom,
assuming it could be very easy to bend/break if were used in a distribution
environment (eg. delivery van).

Can anyone tell me some models (normal PPC pda's only - not Symbol/Psion)
that have a sturdier connector/cradle that can withstand more wear-and-tear?

thanks,
Paul

I havent heard about breaking connector, more often is breaking displays or
joysticks.
And what for do you need connector in van? If for charging there are PDAs
(like my Asus716) with additional coaxal power connector.

distribution
wear-and-tear?

thanks for your reply

i need to have a connector cable that connects the PDA directly to a printer
mounted in a van, so i can print directly to the LPT port of the printer.

thanks anyway,.
