Out of Office Assistant replies only once. Your rule (and of course
you know this) should automatically reply for every message that is
sent to that mailbox that meets your criteria. Now what we had to
change here was to allow autoreplies to the Internet. Whave version of
Exchange are you running?

Exchange 2003 sp2.
And yea, as I said I did check the "allow autoreplies to the internet"
checkbox and it IS checked.
Thats whats confusing me so much...

For my "have server reply using" rules I dont set any exceptions to what it
applies to, so (as per a pop up with my choices) it says it will reply to
EVERY message it recieves.
It of course, does not, which is why i made this post :)

It should fire everytime if the rule is valid. Does it work if sender
is an internal user?

Turn on the diagnostic logging for rules and that should shed some
light on the problem. Depending on how many people are using that
Exchange server it will fill up the loggs pretty fast (if you have the
logging set to maximum) so you may want to bump up the size of the
application logs before you turn on logging.

I think that was an outlook limitation when using the "reply using a
specific template" in a client side rule. In fact I'm sure of it:

Whe you use the action, "have the server reply using a specific message",
that's a sever side rule and I don't see any mention of this limitation:
