Hi!

I need to know if anyone can help me dealing with this.
Despite I have formerly communicated mailbox limits, in a a one-to-one
comunication, written, set up a customized schedule to alert users, and
translated the alerts from english to spanish to avoid responses like "My
mailbox is closed because I dont undertand the alert, cos not know
Engluish", behavi *** problems of users make me think in an aditional task
to do

Does anyone knows ahow can I send the warning, alert (limit proximity), the
prohibit send alert, and the mailbox closed alert, to the user and to
another person, for example, system admin?

Environment: Windows 2003 native domain (english), exchange 2003 FE-BE
enterprise (english)

Im not aware of a method of alerting the admin.
The email only goes to the user.

If you know a way to send a mail no to the sysadmin (in copy), but another
user (in copy), is the same to me.
Do you?
