Wireless Keyboard - How to use F1-F12 keys

I've got this funky wireless microsoft keyboard model1045. Works fine but the
F keys have some other main function printed on the top of the key that
appears to work with outlook example The F5 key says open, the F7 says
reply. The F# designation is written on the front of the keys. For the
life of me I cant figure out how to toggle between the functions. I like my
F5 key. Also same think on my insert key It has PrtScn on the top.
Anybody know how to toggle back and forth?

The only relation between this question and this group is the word
'wireless'. Never the less, MS keyboards that have function keys with
separate functions, typically have a key called Function Lock that toggles
between the normal F1 to F something, and the added features. Normally one
needs to install the keyboard driver for the keyboard for all the features
to work. Head over to
