this seems like something that should be so simple, but it doesn't
seem to be where I think it should. I have a MOSS 2007 document
library. I have created all the necessary custom columns and views.
created all the views, set the permissioning, etc, etc.
All I have left is that when I upload a document, the column that
contains the file name is called "Name" and it is required (which it
needs to be to reference the file). I want to customize this column
so that the column title ("Name") is something more intuitive.
When you go to the column properties, that column is greyed out, as if
you can't rename it. Is this possible???
