Hi all, I have some users who... when they try to open a
Visio *.VSD file by selecting the option to "Edit in
Microsoft Office Visio" they cannot open the file. Either
visio does not launch and nothing displays or they get a
message stating "The document could not be edited. The
required application may not be installed properly etc..."
The permissions are ok and I have reinstalled the Visio
2002 Pro.... any ideas?

They probably need Visio 2003.

Unlike with "normal" Office documents (Word; PowerPoint; Excel) support for
the Edit In function didn't come in Visio at the 2002/XP level but at the
2003 level only.
