Whenever i click on SITES this
Cannot complete this action. Please try again.
error message is displayed. I am unable to view any of the
contens of this SITES.

How to solve this problem.
I am sitting on this since 10 days.

Any Ideas! Please Help

What error message? and Did you add some other web parts on this page to
cause you cannot access SITES area?

Step1: I changed the source code in summary.aspx file relating to SITES,
inorder to make Modify Shared Page visible. It worked.
Step2: I tried to remove the existing webparts in the layout of the SITES.
Step3: Cannot Complete this action. Please try again
This error message is displayed, whenever I tried to click on SITES.
How to Solve this?
Step4: I tried to gothrough URL where <identity impersonate="true" />
to be appended to existing Web.config files. But I am unable to locate the
exact
location of this file, as it is there in many locations.

Please give me the paths to IIS site parent Directory and Developers Server
Parent Directory.

When i click on SITES,
The following URL is directed
http://sharepoint/SiteDirectory/_layouts/1033/error.aspx?ErrorText=Cannot+complete+this+action.%0a%0aPlease+try+again.
With error message "Cannot complete this action. Please try again"
instead of
http://sharepoint/sitedirectory/default.aspx.

This is what i did, before this error

So maybe I suggest you to use FP2003 to open the summary.aspx and then
add/remove web parts in FP2003. Then see which web part cause the problem.
But remeber next time, pls keep a copy of orginal aspx if you want to do any
change in case something bad happens.

OK. Now how to solve this problem.
Can you give me the exact Locations of
IIS site parent Directory and Developers Server
Parent Directory. So that, I can work on Web.config file
to include <identity impersonate="true" />
and see if this works.

Instead of this URL: http://sharepoint/sitedirectory/default.aspx
the following URL:
http://sharepoint/SiteDirectory/_layouts/1033/error.aspx?ErrorText=Cannot+complete+this+action.%0a%0aPlease+try+again.
with Cannot complete this action. Please try again error message is shown.

Any Help is appreciated.
