Is it possible to setup a form library or document libary, so that
users can click the fill out this form button, be able to fill out the
form in infopath and then upload it, but not be able to read anyone
else's document in the form library. They don't even need to be able
to read there own after they upload it.

Any pointers or advice would be greatly appreciated as the deadline for
this is rapidly approaching.

I've been trying to do the same thing but it seems like you'll have to
program an event handler for the library. One way is to do an event
handler to strip the files of all permissions as soon as a document is
saved to the library. Another way is to have it moved to a different
library after creation. Both ways will need impersonation which I am
stuck on.
