The Assign To field in this case does a look up for
information already on this site from "User Information"
in the column "Display Name".
We have set up several areas/sub-areas at the portal
level. We have all users assigned at the Home portal
level, and their permissions are inherited from the home
level at the area/sub-area level. But when we add Issues
list, the Assigned To field is not showing the same group
of people. The list is always different.
I understand how you can customize the list of choices,
and I understand that the site level, the Assigned to
list is determined by permissions for the site. This is
up one level.
