Hi All,
I have created a workflow in SharePoint Designer to send email
everytime new discussion is created in the Discussion Forum. I
configure the workflow to be started on the create item and manual.
However, when I create a new Discussion in the Forum, no workflow is
triggered (I check from workflow history), but when I try to run the
Workflow manually, the workflow is running and the email is sent. I
have configured the same workflow at the other machine, and it's
working perfectly. I really lost what happens to this server.

Does anyone have idea what might be wrong in the setting or workflow?
Where can I check if there's an error while workflow starts to run?

That (workflow in SPD) is one of the areaa covered by the
design_and_customization newsgroup.

Please post the question there and when you do so say which SP product
you are using as they - unlike us - won't know it's WSS 3.0.
