Does anyone know how to reset/clear the information held within Exchange
Administrator Site-Configuration-Server-Private Information Store- logons and
The reason is as follows.
I have just exmerged our users between exchange servers. I am having a small
issue with a number of mailboxes in that they will not backup. I have found
that the common factor between the mailboxes is that within the screen noted
above it does not show the primary windows account to have ever logged into
the email account. Although I know it has. I think this may be the root (if
not a reason) for the problems I am having.
So does anyone know either how to clear this information down, or has anyone
experienced this issue before and know how to show in exchange that the
primary user has in fact logged into their exchange account?
